If you forget to exercise the muscles of your face, they turn weak and flabby, just like the muscles below your neck, says Annelise Hagen, author of
The Yoga Face: Eliminate Wrinkles with the Ultimate Natural Facelift" (Avery, $14.95). To prevent this, try the classic "Lion Face" an exercise that "tones and tightens facial muscles, improves facial circulation, and relieves tension (especially from the jaw)," Hagen said."

Relieving facial tension is a great way to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles as it softens existing ones and prevents new ones from developing."Clench your facial muscles and pucker up like you sucked a lemon, tighten your hands into fists, and squeeze your buttocks as you inhale.Exhale and stick out your tongue, roll your eyes, and open your hands and say 'aaah.'Repeat three times.

On the last one, leave your tongue out for sixty seconds if you can, as this is a major jaw stretch and stress reliever. You will feel your tongue vibrating. Hang in there and you will feel great afterwards.
